Does it elevate you? Simplify your language: Remove jargon. Lead with message, not mechanics. Strengthen your voice: Project with purpose. Vary tone and pace. Pauses matter. Review your digital footprint: LinkedIn, media coverage, even email signature. Seek perspective: Ask your inner circle—what's it like to be led by me? What does my presence project? Gravitas, impact, and influence at this level don’t happen by accident. They are built, refined, and sharpened.
